Designing thoughtful, lived-in homes

The Design Team

The people behind the design work
Team Intro

The difference is in how we work

Kalluna’s team is intentionally close to the work. Every plan, selection, and recommendation moves through people who understand that design is personal, practical, and often full of decisions homeowners should not have to sort through alone.

Led by founder Heather Van Eyk, the studio brings together design expertise, technical understanding, organized support, and a strong point of view. Clients are supported by a team that helps keep the details moving, communication clear, and the experience grounded.

This is the value of working with Kalluna: you are not handed a pile of ideas and left to figure out what matters. You are guided by people who know how to listen, narrow the noise, and shape a home with care from the first conversation to the final plan.

Our Company Values

The way Kalluna Interior Design works comes from a clear set of beliefs: homes should feel personal, decisions should feel supported, and design should make daily life better.

Homes With a Point of View

We don’t design one signature look over and over. Each home is shaped around the people who live there, so the final design feels personal, layered, and unmistakably theirs.

Decisions Made Easier

Good design should not leave clients buried in options. Kalluna narrows the choices, explains the reasoning, and helps clients move forward with more confidence.

Beauty That Works

A room has to do more than look finished. Kalluna considers layout, scale, materials, lighting, and daily function so the home feels as good to live in as it looks.

Trust in the Details

Clients trust us to see what they may not know to ask about. From construction realities to finishing touches, the details are handled with care before they become problems.

Kalluna is growing with intention. We are building a thoughtful design studio for people who care about the details, communicate clearly, and believe good design should feel personal, livable, and lasting.
