You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or republish website content for commercial use
  • Modify or redistribute materials without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including copy, images, renderings, floor plans, elevations, design concepts, videos, downloads, guides, graphics, logos, and brand materials, belongs to Kalluna Interior Design or is used with permission.

Kalluna’s design process includes custom planning, curated sourcing, CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and design recommendations. These materials are part of Kalluna’s professional work product and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or used outside the agreed project scope without written permission. Kalluna’s 3D planning and visualization process is a core part of the client experience and design offering.

6. Design Services and Purchases

Kalluna offers structured design services and design products, including Creative Consult, Shape & Shop, Kitchen or Bathroom Detail Plans, Signature Select, and Design House. Each offering may include different deliverables, timelines, pricing, and levels of involvement.

Any project-specific agreement, proposal, purchase order, invoice, or contract provided by Kalluna will control the scope, deliverables, payment terms, revisions, and responsibilities for that engagement.

7. Pricing and Availability

Pricing listed on the website is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Some services may be listed with starting prices because final pricing may depend on project size, complexity, location, travel needs, construction scope, or other project-specific factors.

Kalluna reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service, package, product, or website content at any time.

8. Consultations and Booking

When you book a consultation or submit a project inquiry, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Kalluna may use the information provided to determine the right next step, recommend an appropriate design product, or assess whether the project is a good fit.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee project acceptance, availability, timeline placement, or final project pricing.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, measurements, photos, inspiration materials, budget considerations, timelines, and any relevant construction or contractor details when requested.

For virtual or hybrid design services, clients may be responsible for coordinating local measurements, site documentation, contractors, trades, product receiving, installation, or implementation depending on the service selected and the final project agreement.

10. Product Sourcing and Vendor Relationships

Kalluna is a vendor-led, recommendation-first design studio. This means Kalluna curates and recommends products, furnishings, materials, and design elements through trusted vendors and sources rather than asking clients to browse endless retail options.

Product availability, pricing, lead times, shipping costs, freight fees, taxes, vendor policies, and delivery timelines may vary and are often controlled by third-party vendors or manufacturers. Kalluna is not responsible for vendor delays, discontinued products, manufacturer defects, shipping interruptions, or changes outside of Kalluna’s control.

11. Client Portal and Third-Party Tools

Kalluna may use third-party tools for scheduling, forms, client presentations, approvals, communication, payment processing, analytics, or project management. The website may also include a client portal or login link to support design presentations, mood boards, approvals, and client communication.

Use of these third-party tools may be subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

12. Digital Downloads and Educational Materials

Kalluna may provide downloadable guides, checklists, PDFs, resources, or educational materials. These resources are provided for personal, informational use only and may not be copied, sold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Educational materials are intended to help users better understand design decisions and should not be treated as a complete design plan, construction document, or substitute for project-specific professional guidance.

13. Project Images, Case Studies, and Results

Project examples, renderings, before-and-after images, case studies, and testimonials are provided to demonstrate Kalluna’s process, design thinking, and past work. Individual results may vary based on home conditions, budget, scope, product availability, contractor execution, timeline, and client decisions.

Kalluna’s project content is intended to educate visitors on the design process, not simply function as a gallery or guarantee of identical outcomes.
